Zambia Adventist Publishing House (ZAPH) is a Seventh-day Adventist Church institution in Zambia. We have been supplying the Zambian market with an exclusive range of Christian books for 30 years. Our books, which you can buy for personal use or resale, appeal to Seventh-day Adventists and other Christian denominations. ZAPH consists of two divisions, publishing and printing.
Publishing-We are committed to providing the best Christian literature that prepares people for Christ's second coming. With our size and experience, we have the tools necessary for writers to thrive in today’s competitive publishing world. We are always looking for new authors to join our team of writers. Our History
Our story began some 30 years ago when the Adventist church in Zambia needed a printing and finishing plant that would print and supply books to the Adventist Book Center. With little equipment, we started operations in the garages of the then Zambia Union Conference. In 1997, the press moved to its current location in Chipongwe.
From 1989 to 2007, we operated as a printing house. However, in 2007 we decided to expand our operations by opening a publishing division. Since then, we have printed and published a variety of inspirational books.
In 2020, we changed our name from Zambia Adventist Press (ZAP) to Zambia Adventist Publishing House (ZAPH) to reflect our core business, publishing.

Seventh-day Adventists accept the Bible as their only confession of faith and hold certain fundamental beliefs to be the teachings of Holy Scriptures. These beliefs, as presented here, constitute the church's understanding and expression of the teaching of Scripture.
